The location is marvellous, 10 minutes' walk to Dawson Creek Art Gallery. The staff is polite, they ensure you have a such great time here.

The location was favourable, relatively near Northern Alberta Railway Park. It also was in the quiet area. An attached restaurant with a breakfast at Sam's friends restaurant was an advantage.
The hotel staff was not very friendly.
